Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how App Factory, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with revtables.ai (the “Service”), a revenue analytics tool for businesses that use Stripe. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
- Account and configuration information you provide, such as your name, email address, API keys and settings for connected services (e.g. Stripe, Google Analytics, Twilio).
- Mobile phone number, if you choose to enable text message alerts.
- Business data from connected services. When you connect your Stripe account, the Service reads payment, subscription, customer, refund, dispute and fraud warning records so it can produce reports and alerts. When you connect Google Analytics, it reads aggregate website traffic reports.
- Technical information such as log data generated when you use the Service.
How we use information
- To provide the Service, including revenue reports, financial summaries and dispute protection.
- To send you alerts you have requested, such as text messages when a payment receives an early fraud warning.
- To maintain, secure and troubleshoot the Service.
- To communicate with you about the Service and respond to your requests.
We do not sell your personal information or your business data.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you enable text alerts, we use your mobile phone number only to send you the alerts you requested about your own account. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by removing your phone number in the Service’s settings. See our Terms of Service for full messaging terms.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed to provide it:
- Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting, database and secure storage of credentials.
- Twilio — delivery of text message alerts.
- Stripe and Google Analytics — data is retrieved from these services at your direction using the credentials you provide.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of App Factory, LLC, our users or others.
Data security
API keys, auth tokens and webhook secrets are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager and are never returned to the browser. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below, and you can revoke the Service’s access to Stripe or Google Analytics at any time from those services.
Your choices and rights
You may access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of text alerts, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and change the effective date above.
