Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of revtables.ai (the “Service”), operated by App Factory, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
revtables.ai connects to your Stripe account (and optionally Google Analytics) to provide revenue analytics, financial reporting, and dispute protection tools, including alerts when a payment receives an early fraud warning.
Your account and connected services
- You are responsible for the credentials you provide and for keeping them secure.
- You must have authority to connect any Stripe, Google Analytics or other account you link to the Service.
- Your use of connected services remains subject to those providers’ own terms.
Text message (SMS) alerts
- Program: revtables.ai Fraud Alerts.
- What you’ll receive: account alerts sent to the mobile number you enter in the Service’s settings, notifying you when a payment in your Stripe account receives an early fraud warning, plus a test message when you request one. We do not send marketing messages.
- Consent: you opt in by entering your mobile number in the Service’s alert settings and saving it. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies and depends on how many fraud warnings your account receives.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or email jacobshimota@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number. We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Data
You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us permission to access and process it solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No financial, legal or tax advice
Reports, metrics and alerts are provided for informational purposes. They may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, and they are not financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. Alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis; you remain responsible for monitoring your Stripe account and responding to fraud warnings and disputes.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APP FACTORY, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, INCLUDING LOSSES FROM DISPUTES, CHARGEBACKS OR FRAUD, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
